Tools and Hardware Required
Before you begin, make sure you have everything you need. The good news is that almost everything comes right in the box!

Pro Tip: Take all of the parts out of the back of the Headboard (A) before you start looking around for missing pieces!
Important Safety Warnings
To ensure a smooth installation and avoid damaging your new bed, keep these crucial cautions in mind:
- Protect your floors and the bed: Place all wooden furniture parts on a clean, flat, and soft surface to prevent any scratching.
- Don't jump the gun on tightening: Do not FULLY-TIGHTEN the nuts or bolts until the frame is fully assembled and ready.
- Avoid thread damage: Do not OVER-TIGHTEN the nuts or bolts.
- Child safety: Keep all hardware parts completely out of the reach of children.
Step-by-Step Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Unpack the Headboard Compartment
Open the zippered compartment on the Headboard Back (A) and remove all packed components: Footboard (B), Side Rails (C & D), Metal Rails (E & G), Support Leg (F), Bed Legs (H), and Bed Slats (I).
Step 2: Attach the Bed Legs
Twist and secure the four Bed Legs (H) directly into the bottom corners of both the Headboard (A) and the Footboard (B).
Step 3: Prep Headboard and Footboard Bolts
Using the M5 Allen Key (2), slightly loosen the pre-inserted bolts on the inner sides of both the Headboard (A) and Footboard (B). Do not remove them completely.
Step 4 & 5: Unfold the Metal Support Rails
- Centre Rail: Unfold the brackets on the Metal Centre Rail (E) so they extend straight out.
- Cross Support: Similarly, unfold the arms of the Metal Centre Support (G).
Step 6: Assemble the Centre Support Core
Lay the Metal Centre Rail (E) across the Metal Centre Support (G) to form a cross grid. Insert the Metal Centre Support Leg (F) underneath the centre intersection, securing it from the top using the JCBB M8 x 50mm Bolt (1) and tightening it with the Allen Key (2).
Step 7: Prep the Side Rails
Locate your first pair of Side Rails (C & D). Use the Allen Key to loosen the pre-inserted bolts on their ends.
Step 8: Mount the Centre Support Grid
Drop the assembled metal centre grid (E & G) onto the loosened bolts of the Headboard (A) and Footboard (B). Important: Leave these screws loose for now; do not tighten them completely.
Step 9 & 10: Install the Side Rails
Step 9: Hook the first set of Side Rails (C-Left and D-Right) onto the corresponding pre-inserted bolts on the headboard, footboard, and the centre support cross-arms. Keep the screws loose.
Step 10: Repeat the process for the remaining Side Rail sections (D-Left and C-Right).
Secure the Frame: Once all side rails are perfectly aligned and in place, go back and firmly tighten all bolts from Steps 8, 9, and 10 using your Allen key.
Step 11: Lay the Bed Slats
Unroll and position the two sets of Bed Slats (I) across the inner ledge of the bed frame structure.
Step 12: Final Check
Your Nest Bed Frame is fully assembled!
Maintenance Tip: Moving Your Bed
If you ever need to rearrange your room or move the bed's position, there is one vital rule to remember: The centre support legs must be adjusted or straightened when moving. Failing to do so can result in broken support legs.
