With Deferred Payment plans, payments aren’t due until the end of the financing term. Finance charges, however, will accrue on the purchase from the beginning of the term. If the purchase price is paid in full by the expiration date of the financing term, all of the accrued finance charges will be waived and no finance charges will be assessed on the purchase. If the purchase is not paid in full by the term expiration date, the accrued finance charges will be charged to the Cardholder’s account.
