When purchasing bedding (Mattress & box spring) it is in your best interest to purchase repellent mattress cover in order to protect your purchase against accidental spoilage. (The manufacturer’s warranty for service is void the mattress is stained)

Leather Care
Leather products can be wiped with a soft cloth which is dry or mildly damp with water and left to dry on its own. We recommend for the best care of your leather furniture, the purchase of Leather Cleaning Treatment Kit at the time you make your purchase.
NOTE: Do not use a vacuum cleaner or duster that could damage the leather. The manufacturer will not be responsible for damages that the result of incorrect cleaning or abusive treatment.
Extended Warranty Furniture
Although all furniture products include the manufacturer’s warranty, you’ll enjoy a longer period of warranty by purchasing an extended warranty. An extended warranty extends the manufacturer’s warranty beyond the manufacturer’s time limit giving you of Peace of Mind…. At a very reasonable price.

You can sleep well knowing that your mattress purchase is the right bed for you. New mattresses at first feel different. Your body has been subjected to lumps and sags of your old bed. Allow several weeks for your body to adjust to the new mattress. If you are still not satisfied see your retailer from whom you purchased for an exchange. Dirty, stained, damaged or abused mattress sets will not be accepted for exchange. Mattress is to be returned to the store in good condition.
Furniture Care Tips
Dust regularly with a dry cloth or one slightly moistened with natural polish. Avoid polishes containing petroleum products since they may damage the finish.
Avoid putting furniture in direct sunlight since this may bleach the finish.
Commercial glass cleaners may discolor brass or chrome finishes.
Always be sure to use felt discs, placemats, coasters etc. when putting lamps, glasses hot objects etc on table.
All wood grains absorb stains differently. Inch by Inch, there will always be varying degrees of light and dark tones throughout. This characteristic makes your piece beautifully unique.
When storing table leaves, always lay it flat, beneath a bed or somewhere out of the way. Standing on edge will cause it to warp with age.
Maintaining even humidity condition is extremely beneficial to all furniture with wood construction. Operating humidity in your home is highly recommended.
Upholstery
Vacuum with soft brush attachments to remove dirt and dust that can cut threads or wear fibres.
Spills should be repeatedly blotted with clean, dry cloth or paper towel. If a stain should occur, test for color fastness by wiping a small hidden area with a mild soap solution before attempting to remove the stain.
All seat cushions should be turned and rotated (If reversible) after every time vacuuming. This will help stop your cushions from twisting and provide even wear. If twisting dose occur, simply open at the zipper and pull the fabric around by hand. Zippers are there for easy of assembly by manufacturer. Don’t attempt to remove cover to try to machine wash.
Mattress Sleep Sets
It is recommended and a requirement of manufacturer’s warranty that queen size mattress sets have a bed frame that has cross supports and a centre support to avoid sagging of the foundation.
Turn your new mattress over and rotate end to end every two weeks for the first two or three months. After that, a once a month schedule will help provide even, uniform wear and a longer, more comfortable mattress life.
Never bend, fold or stand on your mattress.
A washable mattress protector should always be used, for health reasons and to protect your bedding warranty.
Pick-Ups
If you would like to pick up your purchase, please call either your salesperson or the office staff at least 1 day in advance so that we can prepare your order. You will need to bring handling materials with you, such as rope and blankets. Damage incurred by customers own transportation is not warranted.
Storage or Layaway
Delivery of in stock, sale merchandise must be taken within 14 days, unless otherwise stated. All other merchandise can be laid away under the following condition.
25% of the purchase price (taxed included) to be paid at the time of purchase.
50% to be paid within 3 months; and the full purchase price to be paid within 6 months (Non- Refundable)
Deliveries
Merchandise not in stock for immediate delivery will be ordered from the manufacturer with a tentative delivery date. Delivery dates are agreed to in good faith; however they are subject to availability from the manufacturer. In the case of delay, we will do our best to keep you informed of status of your delivery.
As Professionals, we do our best to take every care possible when delivering furniture into your home.
We would ask you to ensure that all walks and entranceway to your home are clear prior to our delivery, (Example: snow or ice) for the safety of our delivery personnel & your furniture. Our delivery staff have the obligation to postpone delivery due to unsafe conditions based on their judgment.
The balance of your payment needs to completed in our store 2 working days in advance of your delivery.
Warranty
We will guarantee your furniture against manufacturer’s defect in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of purchase although some manufacturers do not offer a written or limited warranty. Repair, replacement or refund is at our discretion. Manufacturer warranties for longer than one year are honored through your retailer and we will repair, replace or refund as directed by manufacturer. Warranties apply only to furniture subject to normal use in the home and not to defects that are a result of negligence, misuse, or accidents nor is it valid if the furniture is used in a commercial, industrial or institutional setting.Manufacturers do not warranty minor flaws or marks discernible only upon the closest examination.
