I bought a lovely couch here. I was helped by an older gentlemen ( I am very sorry I forgot his name and lost his card, I think he was the owner) and his service was excellent. No pressure- He simply led me directly to a couch he thought I would like, and he was exactly right! Hands down the best experience with furniture shops we’ve ever had. We initially came in to buy some Robbinsdale nightstands and a mattress for our rental, having already purchased the bed frame from Ashley. First thing we noticed was that their prices were significantly better than Ashley, for the exact same product. Our initial experience with Kezia was great, friendly, not pushy, and doing her best to find what we needed. A couple weeks later, we began to assemble the bed frame when we realized we had made a mistake and bought the wrong size, so it wouldn’t fit into the room. We came back to Fair deal to see if we could return the nightstands and mattress. We spoke with the owner Jag, and he not only agreed to take back the items, he also found us a solution to make our room work and still sleep two. We didn’t think it would be possible but he ordered us a whole custom bedroom set at a very reasonable price. We were very happy and impressed by his resourcefulness. He was kind and understanding throughout the whole process and he even offered to look for a buyer for the bed frame we bought from Ashley, which is now useless to us. We can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful small family business for anyone looking for a “fair deal” on furniture, without the cheesy sales tactics. Thanks so much you guys!

Fair deal furniture has a beautiful showroom and a huge variety to choose from at all different price points to fit your budget. Most importantly, their team and their customer service from the moment you walk in to the end of the delivery service is phenomenal. You can tell that everyone we interacted with truly cares about their customers. We had one issue with an item and Brad the manager Sam called and worked out a fair solution before the drivers even left my home. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.
