We purchased a couch, coffee tables and two beds. All were excellent quality, really strong and durable. Sam was our salesman and he knew exactly what colour i was talking about and what material we wanted. He helped us and made sure we selected exactly the right furniture that went well with the interior design we had in mind. Sam was very detail oriented and was very patient with us. Kezia helped us with finalizing the purchase and kept us updated with the status of our delivery. She made sure that we were aware of where the shipment was during the entire process. All together, i would definitely recommend Fair Deal furniture and specially their staff - Sam and Kezia.

Absolutely love the furniture at fair deal furniture. The sofa we purchased was classy, good quality and well within our budget. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. They even managed to deliver our furniture in harsh storm weather. Big hands of applause 👏🏻 to their delivery team Gurkirat and Jaspreet. They were so helpful and polite. They even assemble the furniture for us. Highly recommend!!!!!

We recently purchased a sofa from this furniture store, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! As a newcomer to Canada, I needed the sofa urgently due to personal reasons, and I was thrilled to get it on the same day I bought it. The customer service was exceptional, especially from Casi (I hope I spelled her name correctly), who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Everyone, including the owner, was so supportive and went out of their way to assist me. The delivery was prompt, and the delivery team was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and made sure the sofa was set up perfectly in my home. Hands down the best experience with furniture shops we’ve ever had. We initially came in to buy some Robbinsdale nightstands and a mattress for our rental, having already purchased the bed frame from Ashley. First thing we noticed was that their prices were significantly better than Ashley, for the exact same product. Our initial experience with Kezia was great, friendly, not pushy, and doing her best to find what we needed. A couple weeks later, we began to assemble the bed frame when we realized we had made a mistake and bought the wrong size, so it wouldn’t fit into the room. We came back to Fair deal to see if we could return the nightstands and mattress. We spoke with the owner Jag, and he not only agreed to take back the items, he also found us a solution to make our room work and still sleep two. We didn’t think it would be possible but he ordered us a whole custom bedroom set at a very reasonable price. We were very happy and impressed by his resourcefulness. He was kind and understanding throughout the whole process and he even offered to look for a buyer for the bed frame we bought from Ashley, which is now useless to us. We can wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful small family business for anyone looking for a “fair deal” on furniture, without the cheesy sales tactics. Thanks so much you guys!

Thanks Fair Deal. Great service and price on our beautiful new dining room set. The delivery team was superb. They even called that they could come earlier than expected but we weren't home so they arrived at the scheduled time. They assembled the table and were super careful as we had just refinished all the floors.

I bought a lovely couch here. I was helped by an older gentlemen ( I am very sorry I forgot his name and lost his card, I think he was the owner) and his service was excellent. No pressure- He simply led me directly to a couch he thought I would like, and he was exactly right!
