We bought a sectional from here with the help and guidance of Keziah. Being from out of town, we did our selections of colour and cushions over the phone. Kez always responded in a timely manner and was incredibly helpful and patient with us! We needed to arrange for a pick up and despite the warehouse having a holiday, we were still able to get our couch! The prices are very reasonable, and the amount of customization possible it’s great!

We purchased a couch, coffee tables and two beds. All were excellent quality, really strong and durable. Sam was our salesman and he knew exactly what colour i was talking about and what material we wanted. He helped us and made sure we selected exactly the right furniture that went well with the interior design we had in mind. Sam was very detail oriented and was very patient with us. Kezia helped us with finalizing the purchase and kept us updated with the status of our delivery. She made sure that we were aware of where the shipment was during the entire process. Absolutely love the furniture at fair deal furniture. The sofa we purchased was classy, good quality and well within our budget. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful.
