Hands down the best experience with furniture shops we’ve ever had. We initially came in to buy some Robbinsdale nightstands and a mattress for our rental, having already purchased the bed frame from Ashley. First thing we noticed was that their prices were significantly better than Ashley, for the exact same product. Our initial experience with Kezia was great, friendly, not pushy, and doing her best to find what we needed. A couple weeks later, we began to assemble the bed frame when we realized we had made a mistake and bought the wrong size, so it wouldn’t fit into the room. We came back to Fair deal to see if we could return the nightstands and mattress. We spoke with the owner Jag, and he not only agreed to take back the items, he also found us a solution to make our room work and still sleep two. We didn’t think it would be possible but he ordered us a whole custom bedroom set at a very reasonable price. We were very happy and impressed by his resourcefulness. He was kind and understanding throughout the whole process and he even offered to look for a buyer for the bed frame we bought from Ashley, which is now useless to us.
